Maxx CRM Subscription Terms


1. Subscription Model Explanation

Maxx CRM operates on a monthly, prepaid subscription model. Access to the Service is granted upon successful payment for the upcoming billing cycle. The standard subscription cost is ₹1499 per user, per month. All fees are paid in advance.

2. Cancellation Process

  • Cancellation of Subscription: A User may cancel their subscription at any time through the Maxx CRM account settings.
  • Effectiveness: Cancellation must be processed before the next billing cycle begins to prevent the next month's charge. Access to the CRM Platform will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

3. General Refund Policy

No Refund After Payment is Processed:

As Maxx CRM is a digital service, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the monthly payment has been processed, as access to the Service for that period has been granted.

3.1. Refund Allowed Only If:

  • Duplicate Payment: A clear error resulted in the User being charged multiple times for the same subscription period or the same number of users.
  • Technical Failure from Company Side: A verifiable technical failure on the part of Maxx CRM prevented the User from accessing the Service for a substantial, continuous period (e.g., 72 hours) during the billing cycle.

3.2. No Refund Will Be Granted For:

  • User’s Wrong Data Entry: Issues arising from the User incorrectly inputting or managing their own customer data.
  • Lack of Usage/Not Using CRM: The User choosing not to utilize the Maxx CRM Platform after the subscription payment has been processed.
  • Disagreement with features: Dissatisfaction with the features, performance, or functionality of the CRM Platform.

4. Account Termination Policy

If Maxx CRM terminates a User account due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., prohibited activities or chronic late payment), the User will **not** be entitled to any refund for the remainder of the prepaid subscription period.

Processing Time for Refund: If a refund is deemed applicable under section 3.1, the payment will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
